How the Points Plus Calculator Works:



Following given are the instructions about how to use the calculator.

SET UP:

 1.You remove the plastic tab from the back of the calculator.

 2. There is a power button located at the upper right-hand corner of the calculator, press it to make it on.

3.  There is a wrench icon located at the upper left of the calculator. On      pressing it, you will be asked, "Age?” Enter your age and press enter key.

Then the next you will be asked, “Female?” Press Enter key if you are  female, otherwise press the down arrow key until “Male?” is displayed and     the press enter key.

Now the next question displayed will be “Height?”  Enter    your height in the feet followed by inches.

4. Now you will be asked to enter “Weight?” Enter your weight.

Press and enter key and you will see the word Lose?” displayed. It is for whether you want to lose any weight. If you want to lose any weight, enter the value and you press enter key.

If you just want to maintain weight, you push the down arrow until “Maintain?” is displayed. Press enter key. Enter extra point’s value. A screen will be displayed with "Daily" and your points value displayed on the bottom right. If you have chosen to lose weight, it will take you to this "Daily" screen.

5. You press the "PointsPlus" button on your calculator. A new screen will be displayed with “Calculate” on it. Press enter key and “Protein?” will be displayed.

According to the food label provided, enter the number of protein grams per serving for the food you have had. Press enter, and you will see a new screen with "Carbs?" displayed on it.

Enter the carbohydrates per serving and press enter. The next screen will ask you “Total Fat?” followed by “Fibre?” You will get the total points for the food displayed at the bottom right hand corner.

If you have more than one serving, then press “X” key. Enter the number of servings and press enter key.

If you haven’t had a full serving, then press the divide symbol key. Type in the number the serving that needs to be divided. Press "Enter".

If you want the calculator to subtract that value from your daily points value, press "Enter “. A home screen will be displayed with the amount already taken from your beginning Points Plus value.

Daily and Weekly Use of Weight Watchers Calculator:



1. To start a new day of points tracking, press the icon "?". Then press "Enter" to start a.

If you want to change to a new week, press the "?" icon and press the down arrow key. Now press “Enter”.

2. You press the pencil icon and you will see how many points you have left with you. To see the points left in the week, you press down arrow key. If you want to see the past days points used, press down arrow key one more time. To see for each day, keep pressing down.

3. You have to enter your new "Weight" every week. Press enter, if you weight has not been changed at all. If your weight has changed, then follow the step 4 under set up.
